Rachel began photographing weddings in Champagne in 2020 to provide a luxury wedding photography service to couples hosting their destination wedding in the region. Among well-kept lawns and tree-lined driveway is the Chateau de Mairy, the most handsome Chateau of the Champagne Region and a symbol of la Belle Epoque. This was the privileged setting where our love story unfolded. We wanted to balance the formal politesse of a luxury affair and the playful indulgence of an exuberant modern couple who also wants to have fun. In the Champagne Region, after all, luxury, art and fun intertwine! The challenge was bringing to life something that balances elegantly between the opulent and the intimate.
