Rachel Pietri is a British photographer living and working in the Champagne region since 2020.

Rachel specializes in photographing US destination weddings all over France, using a variety of mediums to serve her clients (35mm film, digital, drone + vintage camcorders). Additionally, with her fluent French and local knowledge, she is the bridge between cultures you're looking for.

With a decade of photography experience, Rachel approaches each wedding with warmth, friendship and confidence, delivering a final collection of images that is both editorial, refined and natural.

When you hire me you’re not just getting someone to take pictures, you’re getting my creative eye and the way in which I see the world (my fluent French is also pretty useful). My goal is to provide stunning portraits as well as to artistically capture the raw, real ambiance of your wedding day - and to truly excel at doing both.

I bring positivity and a reassuring sense of calm amongst the chaos of a wedding morning. I want you to have a positive experience in front of my lens, so I gently guide my couples in a way that avoids stiff or awkward poses, and also encourage you to fully embrace the wedding day itself and to have the best time possible. That being said, if you’re a fashion girlie like me, then we will ABSOLUTELY be leaning into more creative posing too!
